Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the available payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
